Nutty Chocolate Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Straight Up Performance Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup of your favourite peanut butter
  • 120g 70% dark chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together oat flour (you can easily make your own by putting oats into a blender), peanut butter, milk, peanut butter and protein powder. It should form a squishy ball. If it doesn't come together you can add a bit more milk.
  3. Press ingredients into baking tin.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and spread on top.
  5. Refrigerate until it sets and then slice into bars!
