

Nutty Chocolate Protein Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup Straight Up Performance Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup of your favourite peanut butter
- 120g 70% dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix together oat flour (you can easily make your own by putting oats into a blender), peanut butter, milk, peanut butter and protein powder. It should form a squishy ball. If it doesn't come together you can add a bit more milk.
- Press ingredients into baking tin.
- Melt dark chocolate and spread on top.
- Refrigerate until it sets and then slice into bars!
