Refund policy

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact hello@straightupperformance.com.au or +61 431 759 814 within 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.

If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.
