Shipping policy

SHIPPING
There is a flat rate of $11 for shipping within Australia. Wholesale orders have different shipping rates and minimums. Postage outside Australia is $17. Shipping times may be subject to the individual carrier.

Orders placed by 11am will usually be sent the same day, orders placed in the afternoon will be sent the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Depending on your location you can usually expect delivery within a few days, as we are shipping from within Australia.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and the best quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and if not we will show the current status of that stock. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
