INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Collagen Straight Up
- zest of 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 2/3 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees and line a baking tray.
Mix all of your ingredients together.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out mixture to roll into balls and flatten slightly as you arrange on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly golden. Cool and enjoy!
