Absolutely not. We have expertly formulated a 100% pure marine collagen that is flavourless, odourless and highly soluble in the food or beverage of your choice!

We recommend 10g per day dissolved into your favourite food or drink. It can be hot or cold, all at once or spread across multiple meals a day. Think smoothies, coffee, breakfast, baked goods, soups and sauces.

Our personal favourites are: morning oats, an afternoon coffee or a post training smoothie.

Consult with your doctor if you have a seafood allergy. Whilst this is a hydrolysed product and therefore the allergens should be weakened or broken down, it may still pose a risk.

There are no sources of vegan collagen. However, dietary patterns that are plant-based, or mostly plant-based can help support collagen production in your body.

The holy grail of course, is to get the best of both worlds.

Personally, we follow an entirely plant-based diet, with marine collagen added. However we understand that for ethical reasons this isn't an option for some. That is why we produced Collagen Straight Up from completely traceable and sustainable sources, entirely from wild-caught fish - to limit our impact on the environment while we strive for optimal health and performance.

Our Collagen Beauty is the same product as our Collagen Marine. The only differences are the size of the packaging and batch testing. We do not batch test the smaller bag.
