Paolo Bellini

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

Paolo has over three decades of experience working with athletes. Following his career as a professional ski racer, Paolo has honed his skills in coaching, sharing his passion for sport, while minimising injury.

Paolo is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, while also holding a Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching and a Level 4 Ski Instructor. He brings together his wealth of experience and training to work with his clients' mind and body.

Our sessions are by appointment only. You may train alone or bring a friend. This is because we believe in the importance of tailored programs, rather than a one-size fits all approach.

No! Our clients vary in athletic ability, fitness and age. We pride ourselves on tailoring programs to each and every client's need.

Our private studio is located in Canberra's Molongolo Valley. We are 'by appointment only'.

While our programs are tailored to your particular needs, however we recommend a minimum of twice a week.
